Do you only work with food and drink products?

Do I have to pay for a new compliance certificate if my product label changes or is updated?
Yes. Any amendment to your product label — whether it’s a reformulation, an updated nutritional declaration, a new allergen disclosure, or a design refresh affecting regulated copy — must undergo a fresh compliance review. This is treated as a revision check (charged at the lower revision rate) and is essential to maintaining legally compliant, auditable records of your product’s UK labelling history.

Food Business Operator:
What are my responsibilities for the FBO contract?
You must provide us with the current packaging and relevant food safety information required by UK law. (We will confirm what is required as part of the compliance process). We will require product specifications of any ingredients with associated on pack claims . You must also keep us informed of any label or product changes and provide full batch information and customs documentation for all units shipped, before the products reach the UK.
What will you, as my FBO service address do?
By agreeing to act as your FBO we are legally responsible for your packaging meeting UK Food and Drink /Food Supplement regulations that apply to it and we will keep you informed of any changes in law that may affect what you are required to do.
Can you also help with freight and import requirements?
While freight and customs clearance sit outside our direct service offering, we maintain a trusted partnership with a specialist freight services provider who can support your UK import operations. We’re happy to make an introduction.
